What does Candora cost?
Membership is billed in USD at $1 per participant place each month, prorated, with a $50 monthly minimum. A 50-place membership lets each survey include up to 50 people and costs $50 per month.
How many surveys can we run?
As many as you need. Survey volume and roster size are not metered; the membership quantity is the maximum number of people each survey can include.
Can we replace participants?
Yes, when they are not included in a scheduled, live, or paused survey. While a participant is part of an active survey, their record and reporting-group attribution stay locked to protect the survey roster and results.
Is there a free plan?
No. The smallest membership is USD $50 per month and allows up to 50 people in each survey.
What if we need more than 2,000 participant places?
Self-service membership supports up to 2,000 participant places. Email hello@candora.app to discuss a larger organisation.
